The information on this website is general and is not personal financial, legal or medical advice. Plan prices, benefits and eligibility shown are examples and depend on your age, where you live and other eligibility rules. Plans are provided by the insurance company or plan provider, not by us. Rick will confirm what applies to you before you decide anything. Checking whether you qualify or booking a call puts you under no obligation.

SMS terms (text messages)

• Program: Rick Liuag Insurance & Financial Services enquiry and appointment texts.
• What you will receive: if you tick the box to receive text messages on our forms, we will text you about your enquiry and your call with Rick, such as booking confirmations, reminders and follow-ups.
• How often: message frequency varies, usually only a few messages around your enquiry and appointment.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one final text confirming you have been unsubscribed. You can join again by ticking the box on our form.
• Help: reply HELP for help, email info@shcplans.com or call 833-742-7526.
• No purchase needed: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any product or service.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: we never share or sell your mobile number or text consent to third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Calls with Rick

Free calls are held by Zoom video call at the time you book. If you need to change or cancel, use the link in your confirmation or contact us.

Our liability

We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under California or US law.
