Covered California 2026 Region 17 (Riverside County) rates for a 40-year-old, scaled to age 60 using the federal age curve; actual prices vary by ZIP code. Many people aged 55–64 qualify for subsidies that lower ACA prices. The SHC plan is a health benefit plan, not ACA-compliant insurance: it may not cover every essential health benefit and may limit pre-existing conditions.
